What we collect

When you submit our estimate form we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, the service you are interested in, and your project description. We also record which page the request was sent from so we know what you were reading.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and coordinate the work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a hosted database used to run this website. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Data is retained while your inquiry or project is active and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and recordkeeping purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard server logs may record requests, including IP address and user agent, as part of ordinary website hosting and security.

Requesting access or deletion

Email hello@contractorinidaho.com or call (208) 891-1890 and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action deletion requests unless we are required to keep a record for a legal or contractual reason, in which case we will say so.
